Callaway FCCLA Chapter Pop Tabs for the Ronald McDonald House
This year for the FCCLA Chapter Service Project we are collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House. The Ronald McDonald House Charities provide a variety of services to families and children including a place to stay for traveling families with seriously ill or injured children. I had the opportunity to stay a month at a Ronald McDonald House in Denver and really do believe in this charity. To get involved, the Callaway FCCLA Chapter will be sponsoring a competition for all grade levels. Starting February 9, 2015 buckets will be placed in each classroom (Grades K-6) and in the FCS room for all grades 7-12. The goal is to collect the most pop tabs before February 13, 2015, when we will weigh each grade’s pop tabs. The winning class will receive a root beer float party at a later determined date.
